Delete Your CarteDex Account

Public instructions for account and cloud data deletion.

Delete From the App

  1. Open CarteDex and go to the collection screen.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Elimina account.
  4. Confirm the deletion and complete the sign-in verification if requested.

What Is Deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account.
  • Personal cloud collection records stored under your Firebase account.
  • Pending shared-collection join requests created by your account.
  • Shared collections that you created as owner, including their cloud card records.
  • Your membership entry is removed from shared collections owned by other users.

What Is Not Automatically Deleted

  • Cards stored only on your device. Remove the app or clear app data from your device settings to erase local-only data.
  • Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple or Google account.
  • Records that stores, payment providers, or processors must retain for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

RevenueCat and Subscription Records

CarteDex uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status. The mobile app signs out of RevenueCat after account deletion, but full RevenueCat customer deletion requires a secure server-side or dashboard action because it uses a secret API key. To request RevenueCat customer deletion, contact us using the email below and include your Firebase UID or RevenueCat App User ID if you have it.

If You Cannot Access the App

Send an account deletion request to info@tech52apps.com. Use the subject CarteDex Account Deletion Request and include the email address used for sign-in, plus any Firebase UID or RevenueCat App User ID shown in the app.

We may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
